Twin Topper

• Dimensions: 38" x 75"
• Height: 3"
• Ideal for children's rooms, bunk beds, or small guest rooms where space is limited. A twin mattress is also a great option for solo sleepers who value space efficiency.

Twin XL Topper

• Dimensions: 38" x 80"
• Height: 3"
• Similar to the twin size but with added length, perfect for taller individuals or teenagers who need extra legroom. It's also a popular choice for college dormitories.

Full Topper

• Dimensions: 54" x 75"
• Height: 3"
• Also known as a double mattress topper, the full size offers more width than a twin, providing extra space for single sleepers who like to stretch out. It's suitable for growing teenagers or young adults transitioning from a twin bed.

Queen Mattress

• Dimensions: 60" x 80"
• Height: 3"
• Offering ample space for couples or solo sleepers who prefer extra room to move around, the queen size is the most popular choice for master bedrooms. It strikes a balance between space and affordability, making it a versatile option for various sleepers.

Choose the topper size that matches the size of your mattress, or the mattress on which it will be used. If you are looking for a King Size topper, you can simply pair two Twin XLs.

OWNER-CARE COMMITMENT AND WARRANTY

Indratech Owner-care warranty for InduraDream™ Mattress Topper is a limited warranty for a period of five years.

INDRATECH LIMITED WARRANTY

Indratech presents the original purchaser of this mattress topper with a limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or material. This warranty begins the day you purchase your mattress topper. If your mattress topper is repaired or replaced, this limited warranty will not be renewed or extended.

If a problem arises from a defect during the warranted period, your mattress topper will be repaired or replaced (at Indratech’s option) without charge except for transportation and/service fees incurred in such replacement. In all cases the original purchase date remains the starting date of your warranty.

Congratulations on your new purchase! You can rest assured that you have chosen a sleep product that is designed to bring you unparalleled sleeping comfort. To prolong the life of your new product and be more satisfied with its overall performance, there are a few things you should remember.

1.      Body impressions in a new mattress topper indicate the upholstery layers are conforming to your individual shape and contours and are therefore not structural defects. As an all Induraspring™ mattress topper it is possible to cosmetically alter the mattress topper by shaking or patting the materials into a desired cosmetic look. This fluffing action is per your own needs or tastes and therefore not a part of our warranty.

2.      To help minimize body impressions rotate it from end to end regularly. Our recommendation is that this be accomplished after each use in the first few months and then at regular intervals thereafter.

3.      If your new product arrives in a compressed state, please allow ample time for it to recover to life. If you notice wrinkles, you may want to try a steamer. This should aid in recovery and help reduce wrinkles.

4.      In the event that your product needs service please be advised that Indratech reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found to be in a soiled, stained, or unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or material.

This warranty is void if the product has been subjected to obvious abuse. A stained or soiled cover also voids the warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

a.     Body impressions less than 0.75” (three quarters of an inch) as measured by Indratech methodology.

b.     Any mattress topper sold “as is”

c.     Bed Height

d.     Comfort Preference

All replacements or repairs made under the terms and conditions of this warranty will be made under the current retail price of the item at the time of the repair or replacement. In the sixth year fully half of the retail price applies based on the date of first purchase

While we have aimed to engineer clean, sustainable, and recyclable sleep products that appeal to every type of comfort preference, we understand that everyone has unique and specific mattress needs. 

That's why we offer a 30-Night Sleep Trial when you purchase the Indura Eco-C™ Mattress or the InduraDream™ Toopper. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item by emailing us at support@induramattress.com.  

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in sanitary condition, free from stains, and show no signs of misuse from improper handling or lack of proper support. For additional information, please refer to the product warranty. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@induramattress com. Please include your name, date of purchase, order number, and reason for your return request. A support team member will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we only ship within the United States and can only process returns within the United States.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt, please inspect your Indura Mattress product and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not be able to exchange a damaged item after 30 days from the date it was delivered. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned mattress to let you know whether the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
