While we have aimed to engineer clean, sustainable, and recyclable sleep products that appeal to every type of comfort preference, we understand that everyone has unique and specific mattress needs.
That's why we offer a 30-Night Sleep Trial when you purchase the Indura Eco-C™ Mattress or the InduraDream™ Toopper. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item by emailing us at support@induramattress.com.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in sanitary condition, free from stains, and show no signs of misuse from improper handling or lack of proper support. For additional information, please refer to the product warranty.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@induramattress com. Please include your name, date of purchase, order number, and reason for your return request. A support team member will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we only ship within the United States and can only process returns within the United States.

Damages and Issues
Upon receipt, please inspect your Indura Mattress product and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not be able to exchange a damaged item after 30 days from the date it was delivered.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned mattress to let you know whether the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@induramattress.com.
