Is the mattress made from recycled materials?
Yes, the Indura Eco-C™ mattress is made from recycled materials and is designed to be 100% recyclable because we have directly addressed the current roadblocks to recyclability.
Is the mattress recyclable?
Yes, the Indura Eco-C™ mattress is designed to be 100% recyclable.
What makes this mattress clean?
The Indura Eco-C™ mattress is made with polyester-based comfort materials that are non-toxic and naturally flame resistant, eliminating the need for added fire retardants. Polyester-based materials are clean, safe, among the most common materials used in your everyday life, from the clothes that you wear, to your home air filters.
The team of engineering experts at Indratech have been perfecting this technology for decades, ensuring that quality, comfort, breathability, and affordability are not sacrificed as a result.
Does the mattress meet federal flammability standards?
Yes. Our materials are naturally flame-resistant and outperform polyurethane foam 100:1 in controlled testing.
How do I care for my Indura Eco-C mattress?
Because the mattress cover is replaceable in the event of an accident, you can enjoy using your favorite bedding on your new Indura Eco-C™ mattress without worry - although we do suggest you exercise caution to limit spills and stains. You should also ensure that your mattress has proper support from a box spring, solid foundation, or slatted bed frame. For full and queen size mattresses, we recommend regular rotation to help even out normal wear.
Is the mattress cover removable and/or replaceable?
Yes, the mattress cover is designed to be removed and replaced to ensure your mattress stays clean and healthy over time. Please do not attempt to machine wash the cover; stains and spills can be treated by spot cleaning with warm water and avoided by using a water-resistant mattress protector.
In the event of staining or soiling that cannot be removed at home, please contact us at support@induramattress.com to request a replacement cover.
How do I unbox and set up the mattress?
Only 3 simple steps are standing between you and a better night’s sleep now that your new mattress has arrived. While the mattress can be unboxed and set up by an individual, we do recommend working with a friend or relative if possible.
- Move your Indura Eco-C box to the bedroom or room where the mattress will be set up. Before you open the box, having the right bed frame to support your mattress is best. We recommend a flat, supportive, and rigid surface like a platform bed with wooden slats (no more than 3” apart is best) or a metal platform frame.
- It’s time for the unboxing! Open the cardboard box and slide the mattress in its plastic wrapping onto the surface of your frame or base. The mattress will start to unroll itself, but now you can help it along.
- Next, get to unwrapping! Carefully cut the plastic layer with your scissors, being extra careful not to cut into the mattress. You’ll hear the mattress decompress when the air gets into the cut plastic. Don’t be alarmed; this is magic in progress. Once entirely cut, pull the plastic out from underneath, and - woo hoo! - the mattress will finish expanding! You may notice some wrinkling on the fabric after unboxing, which should smooth out after several hours.
See our video below for further instruction.
Will there be an odor when I unbox the mattress?
No! The Indura Eco-C™ is non-toxic and made without foams that produce an unpleasant odor from off-gassing.
What are the mattress sizes and dimensions?

Do I need a box spring or a bed frame?
